The DAMSEL-Preparing Young Females for the Palace. 

The  program is a transformative quarterly initiative designed to empower young females between age 10 to 20 years to embrace their unique calling in CHRIST just like Queen Esther in the Bible, whose courage and faith saved her people, the program seeks to nurture leadership, purpose, and spiritual growth in the life of "Damsels" in our generation. By the power of THE HOLY SPIRIT, this initiative is anchored by Pastor Mrs Bukola A. Paul.

Aim/Objectives

The Damsels program aims to:

- Encourage Mentorship/ Godly Counselors: Providing young girls with godly mentors who can guide, support, and spiritually counsel them. Just Like Mordecai mentored Esther, Naomi mentored Ruth Providing young girls with godly mentors who can guide, support, and inspire them.

- Foster spiritual growth: Encouraging girls to develop a personal relationship with God and understand their purpose.

- Develop leadership skills: Instilling values of courage, responsibility, and compassion.

- Build self-confidence: Helping them embrace their worth and purpose as daughters of the Most High.

- Promote Christian values: Teaching biblical principles that encourage integrity, kindness, and service.

Mission

Our mission is to raise a generation of young females who are physically and spiritually bold, courageous, fearless, strong, skillful and committed to fulfilling God’s purpose for their lives. Just as Esther stepped up in faith to make a difference in a strange land, we aim to inspire and empower these young girls to be leaders in every spheres of influence, embracing their God-given identity with confidence.

Vision

We envision a Generation of Damsels that will not be corrupt, shy and timid but instead they will be full of Faith, Strength, Wisdom, Grace, Courage, Boldness, Skill, Modesty and Spiritual Understanding. Just like Esther when faced with a life-or-death decision, she showed immense courage and faith, putting the welfare of others above herself. We believe that today’s young females can rise up just as Esther did; confident, courageous, and committed to God’s purpose, no matter the challenges they face.

The Damsel program runs every quarter and includes:

- Interactive Bible lessons: Learning from Esther's story and other Biblical figures to apply spiritual truths in daily life.

- Workshops: Focused on leadership, self-esteem, and practical Christian living.

- Group discussions: Encouraging peer connections and meaningful conversations.

- Mentorship/Counseling sessions: Providing one-on-one or small group mentoring and counseling from adult female role models.
